Every meal of the Sabbath is a sacred occasion. But one of the Sabbath meals stands out as a truly spiritual experience unlike the others. The third meal of the Sabbath occurs in the afternoon towards evening and is a meal that exists only on the Sabbath. It has the potential to be a time when the Spirit of God is truly palpable and holiness fills our homes. As the Sabbath day fades away, don’t let it slip away unnoticed.
